Holman is seeking a results-driven professional to monitor trends in vehicle maintenance for key accounts and geographic markets. You will build and analyze both standard and ad-hoc reports, then translate data into actionable recommendations for customers and leadership to drive cost savings.

You will coordinate with fleet managers, vendors, and technicians to resolve truck malfunctions and serve as a technical consultant for complex solutions.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• ASE or other industry certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.).

Mansioni

• Monitors trends in vehicle maintenance for accounts and markets.
• Builds and analyzes standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Analyzes data and recommends cost-saving initiatives to customers and leadership.
• Coordinates with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers to resolve truck malfunctions.
• Acts as a consultant to fleet managers and service technicians for complex solutions.
• Reviews non-standard purchase orders to protect customer interests.
• Supports the technical resource center by assisting customers and vendors.
• Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.
