Job summary

Penske Buick GMC of Cerritos is seeking a Service Technician L4A who diagnoses and performs vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership standards. The role is 100% on-site at our Cerritos location, with an emphasis on safety and quality, and requires strong problem-solving and teamwork.

You will document work performed, communicate with the Service Advisor, complete warranty orders, and strive to meet production objectives while maintaining high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles in line with OEM and dealership standards.
• Document all work performed and findings on repair orders and inspection sheets.
• Road test vehicles to verify quality of work.
• Communicate with Service Advisor regarding additional work and warranties.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold safety procedures.
