Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple vehicle systems.
• Complete set of tools to perform most repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and repair instructions.
• Experience with routine maintenance, preventative care, and complex mechanical repairs.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics on engine, brake, electrical, steering, suspension, transmission, and HVAC systems.
• Complete repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines and shop standards.
• Inspect vehicles to identify safety concerns and potential issues.
• Use diagnostic tools and service information systems to determine root causes.
• Document findings and repair recommendations clearly.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repair needs and timings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Stay current on evolving automotive technologies and updates.
