Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE Certifications recommended (P2/G1) where applicable.
• Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Hire the best associates and develop a superior team.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Maintain safety and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance and readiness.
• Communicate with management and administer location policies.
• Lead in driving VIP’s mission to earn automotive customers for life.
