Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane to ensure prompt service.
• Own the customer experience and reinforce a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries in person or by phone.
• Ensure technicians' time is effectively allocated to service work.
• Distribute work among technicians and answer technical questions.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts/tools.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and service dept training.
• Enforce company policies and standards; ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain good relations with factories and foster teamwork.
