Williams Auto Group in Sayre, PA is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to act as a key link between customers and our Service Department. The role involves leading customer interactions, documenting vehicle concerns, and coordinating repairs in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, prior automotive service experience, and a customer-centric mindset. ASE or manufacturer training is preferred, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with automotive service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately.
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process via phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate with technicians and Service Department staff regarding repairs and timelines.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain customer follow-up.
• Recommend additional maintenance and automotive services when appropriate.
• Explain completed repairs, charges, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Utilize dealership software and mobile technology for communication and repair tracking.
• Maintain accurate records while following regulations.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
• Support dealership operations and complete additional tasks as assigned.
