Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Experience with CDK is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and be the primary contact during their service experience.
• Create repair orders and document customer concerns using CDK.
• Review maintenance recommendations, recalls, service campaigns, and declined services.
• Communicate with customers via myKarma to drive retention.
• Provide regular updates to customers by phone, text, and email.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations professionally and confidently.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to facilitate repairs.
• Process warranty claims as needed.
• Document declined repairs and create follow-up opportunities.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance.
