This role blends service guidance with sales, acting as the main link between customers and our technicians.

You will guide customers on tires, brakes, and other services, explaining benefits and costs clearly, to help them decide.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Previous sales and service advisor experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• People person who can easily connect with others.
• Enjoy talking about cars.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Patient and able to empathize with others.
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through their elected services and act as the main contact between customers and our auto technicians.
• Advise customers on tires, brakes, and other services after a service review.
• Explain benefits, costs and product features in clear terms to help decision making.
• Build trust with customers to gain repeat business.
• Enjoy spending the day around people and cars and see hard work pay off in rewards.
