Bosch, via Roadside Protect in Itasca, IL, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to lead growth in Automotive and Insurance, focusing on securing partnerships with Asian OEMs and expanding network.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract closure—driving upsell of connected car services such as eCall and SVS, and representing Bosch at industry events to strengthen market position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience within the Roadside Assistance industry, specifically selling to automotive customers and/or Insurance carriers. Deep familiarity and proven success in working with Asian OEMs is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of success in new customer acquisition and significant revenue expansion within existing accounts.

• Identify, target, and acquire new key accounts within Automotive and Insurance industries, focusing on Asian OEMs.
• Own the entire sales process: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and business reviews for C-level executives; develop proposals and contracts.
• Drive upsell of value-added services (eCall, SVS) and expand partnerships with OEMs and insurers.
