We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with automotive industry experience to lead and deliver large-scale enterprise technology programs. This role will oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program governance, stakeholder management, benefits management, account management and mining, and risk/crisis management, along with a proven ability to lead technology transformation programs in complex automotive environments.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs from initiation through closure.
Define program scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, resources, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules.
Manage multiple projects, workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
Establish and maintain effective program governance and reporting structures.
Manage program risks, critical issues, escalations, and crisis situations.
Track program benefits and ensure alignment with business objectives and expected outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, executives, customers, product owners, technology teams, and vendors.
Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, steering committees, and program reviews.
Monitor program performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefits targets.
Lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
Support account management and identify opportunities for account growth and mining.
Drive organizational transformation, technology modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
Manage vendors, third-party partners, contracts, and delivery commitments.
Apply Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar technology programs.
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation and modernization initiatives.
Previous automotive industry experience is required.
Experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
Strong experience with program governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and benefits realization.
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification is preferred.
