vAuto is seeking a Performance Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for dealer clients nationwide, focusing on client retention and revenue growth across the vAuto suite.

The role covers 80–110 accounts with occasional travel (about 30%). It’s a remote position offering a robust benefits package for full-time staff and opportunities to collaborate with a driven team of automotive industry professionals.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of retail automotive management experience at a dealership.
• Ability to manage 80–110 accounts with strong decision-making and accountability.
• Excellent relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work in a team and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the progress and results of accounts assigned.
• Engage in high-profile activity across strategic client groups.
• Build and develop strong relationships with customers and all users at all levels from Dealer/Owner/Decision Maker on down.
• Work with at risk clients and determine the proper action plan.
• Demonstrate account ownership by responding to client requests with a sense of urgency.
• Monitor and analyze account performance and trends to determine adjustments to dealer expectations, goals, and objectives.
• Travel to clients to maximize time with all clients and reach.
