Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably automotive or multi-location
• Knowledge of payroll tax and wage regulations
• Working knowledge of payroll systems

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Maintain payroll records, employee files, and audit documentation
• Resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies
• Review and validate timecards and timekeeping data
• Partner with HR and Accounting on payroll reporting and reconciliation
