Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related accounting roles within an automotive dealership or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliations.
• Familiarity with financial software including QuickBooks, Sage, Workday, or equivalent systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with data entry accuracy (10 key typing) and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices per company policies.

• Assist with month-end closing and prepare reports and analyses of AP data.
• Support payroll management tasks when applicable.
• Collaborate with finance to improve AP processes and financial reporting.
