Job summary

Minth North America is expanding its Hyundai/Kia OEM account team and seeks a Senior Key Account Manager to manage day-to-day communications, pricing, and quotes for Hyundai and Kia programs. You will collaborate with Program Management, Engineering and plants while maintaining pricing and service parts data.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and timely execution within a multinational team environment. A Bachelor’s degree and automotive experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management or program support in the automotive industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, for pricing and data analysis.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with Hyundai and Kia buyers and teams on your assigned programs.
• Prepare and track RFQs and quotes with cross-functional teams so they are accurate and on time.
• Maintain pricing, commercial documents and service parts pricing for assigned accounts.
• Follow up on piece price, tooling, purchase orders and billing until every item is closed.
• Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Quality and our plants to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Track ECR responses, deadlines and open items so the customer is never waiting on us.
• Research market pricing and support cost-savings and budget/forecast planning.
• Work with the Minth Global team, including Minth Overseas, on customer requests.
