Napleton Beaver Dam Chevy Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Automotive Journeyman Technician to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. This role offers strong earning potential and the opportunity to work with a skilled service team.

The ideal candidate performs maintenance and repairs efficiently, communicates clearly with advisors, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience required.
• Must have working knowledge of shop equipment (wheel/tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Confer with customers or service advisors to obtain problem descriptions and discuss repair needs.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components/systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to return to customer.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, etc.).
• Communicate with service advisor about additional services and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
