Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) seeks a Senior Consultant (Automotive Reconstructionist) to lead field investigations and engineering analyses of motor vehicle accidents in the Atlanta area. The role demands extensive forensic experience and strong report writing.

You will mentor staff, engage with clients, and contribute to business development while traveling nationally as needed. ESi offers competitive pay, bonus programs, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required; ACTAR certification or ability to obtain.
• 10–15 years in forensic consulting or related industry.
• Experience drafting high-quality technical reports and/or peer-reviewed publications.
• Experience giving expert testimony is highly desirable; preferred in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations of motor vehicles and crash scenes.
• Perform engineering analysis of motor vehicle accidents.
• Authors high-quality technical reports.
• Conduct client presentations; testify in court if required.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project; allocate duties.
• Mentor earlier-career employees and develop client base.
