ManpowerGroup, through its Experis brand, seeks an Automotive Electronics Program Manager in Newark, CA, onsite. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver hardware programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure alignment with OEM requirements and production timelines.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in low voltage electronics projects, plus knowledge of automotive safety standards. Travel 10–20% may be required as programs advance from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading technical projects involving low voltage electronics (audio, charging, power delivery).
• 5+ years contributing to design, spec, and implementation of complex product features.
• Knowledge of automotive safety standards (ISO26262, IATF 16949).
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for business trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional automotive projects to meet timelines, budgets, and specs.
• Drive in-house hardware development with cross-functional teams to meet schedule.
• Coordinate with Tier 1 suppliers to source components meeting OEM requirements and production timelines.
• Manage end-to-end systems development from requirements to series production maintenance.
• Support vehicle programs from concept through launch and model upgrades.
