Job summary

Qnity Electronics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Program Manager for Automotive to lead cross-functional teams through development and launch of automotive products.

You will be the main link between customers and internal Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations, driving milestones, managing priorities, and ensuring programs meet quality and safety standards. Note: Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Coordinate cross-functional technical or engineering teams.
• Manage milestones, priorities, schedules, and cost targets.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with common project-management software.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and manage program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional product development teams across engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate activities to meet program requirements across functions.
• Drive programs from development through production and launch.
• Monitor schedules, risks, dependencies, and execution.
• Manage program cost targets set by senior leadership.
• Serve as primary commercial interface with customers.
• Facilitate reviews and customer communications.
• Identify risks and coordinate actions to stay on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders across time zones.
