Clarios is seeking an experienced electronics project lead to act as the technical authority for automotive embedded electronics. You will collaborate with management and stakeholders to align priorities, drive technical direction, and advance the department's capabilities with a high degree of autonomy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
- 12 years of professional engineering experience in automotive embedded electronics.
- Expert in electronics design with full lifecycle automotive experience.
- Proficient with CAN, LIN and Ethernet development tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation of customer specifications as the primary electronics interface.
- Review industry standards, regulatory standards and internal design guidelines.
- Lead requirements analysis and validation planning with automotive safety processes.
- Lead design verification activities including analysis, simulation, DFMEAs, testing and reporting.
- Direct core and customer electronics circuit designs including analog, digital, MCU architecture, DCDC converters, power semiconductors.
- Generate hardware/software interface specs and test software requirements with embedded team.
