Job summary

High Road Automotive in Seattle, WA seeks an Automotive Technician to work Monday–Friday with no weekends. Earn up to $39/hour, with an annual earning potential of $70,000–$95,000.

The role offers hourly pay (not flat rate) and 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a host of benefits and in-house training. The successful candidate will diagnose drivability and electrical issues, read wiring diagrams, perform advanced repairs, and mentor less-experienced technicians while

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong B-Level Technician experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Lead technician or mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns.
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Perform advanced repairs, including engine and transmission swaps as needed.
• Help less-experienced technicians with difficult diagnostic concerns.
• Provide occasional Service Advisor backup when needed.
