All About Automotive in Portland, OR, is seeking an Automotive Diagnostic Technician to diagnose drivability, electrical and mechanical concerns on Domestic and Asian vehicles. The role offers $35–$50/hour base pay plus production bonus, Monday–Friday schedule, and no weekends.

You will perform advanced diagnostics, document Digital Vehicle Inspections, and build repair plans with parts lists while collaborating with service advisors to maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional automotive technician experience preferred.
• Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to complete complex repairs independently.
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software experience preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns.
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair Domestic and Asian vehicles.
• Complete and document Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Build accurate repair plans and parts lists.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to maintain efficient workflow.
• Complete quality repairs while maintaining strong productivity.
