Job summary

Urban Science seeks a Sr. Consultant to deliver client services and manage a portfolio of dealership accounts from our Detroit, MI office. The role emphasizes technical execution and strong client handling to drive enrollment and retention.

You will lead engagement plans, build trusted client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion. Hybrid work is offered with in-person Mondays/Wednesdays in Detroit.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and generate insights.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and deliverables with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, develops, and delivers client-requested reports and projects on time.
• Designs and manages client databases using Urban Science software.
• Assists management in preparing estimates and proposals for clients.
• Maintains client relationships and responds to inquiries to improve satisfaction.
• Ensures data accuracy and quality across assigned projects.
• Performs application coding and testing for custom client software.
• Coordinates with teams to complete analyses on time and with high quality.
• Participates in project meetings and presents status updates to clients.
