Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in the United States is seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing across multiple projects. You will design and implement automated test strategies, mentor QA and automation engineers, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Selenium/WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, and strong GitHub Actions or Jenkins experience, in an Agile/Scrum environment. Onsite in Spring, Texas.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in test management including strategy, planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and release sign-off.
• Hands-on automation with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in API testing and integration testing methodologies; strong GitHub and CI/CD experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities, including strategy, planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and release sign-offs.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks and test suites for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Drive test automation adoption to improve coverage, efficiency, and quality.
• Manage GitHub repositories and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Lead and mentor QA and Automation Engineers, providing technical guidance and resource planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality objectives and project deliverables are met.
• Monitor testing metrics, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous process improvements.
