Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software testing and leadership experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end testing across multiple projects.
• Hands-on manual and automation testing for QA delivery.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD for automation execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across projects.
• Perform hands-on manual and automation testing as required.
• Coordinate with Product Owners (PO), Business Analysts (BA) and stakeholders to understand requirements and test expectations.
• Drive and mentor the offshore QA team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts as per client requirements.
• Work with GitHub for source control and configure GitHub Actions for automation execution.
• Review test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and execution results.
• Identify risks, issues, and gaps early and proactively suggest solutions.
• Ensure QA best practices, standards and processes are followed.
