Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking an Automation Technician III to maintain an automated storage and retrieval system at the Windsor, CT facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, test, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure continuous operation of material handling systems.

The role involves repairing fieldbus components, mechanical conveyors, and control systems, with opportunities to train others and advance. Competitive benefits and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years electro-mechanical experience.
• Ability to read electrical/electronic schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with Symbotic Rovers (BOTS) maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain all systems and subsystems of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System.
• Troubleshoot and replace fieldbus components on conveyor systems; replace mechanical parts and realign sensors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on multi-axis robotic arms and end-of-arm tools.
• Document repairs and PMs in a computerized maintenance management system (Maximo).
• Assist and train other automation team technicians in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Travel Required: No.
