Job summary

Single Use Support is seeking a senior automation engineer to design and program PLC/HMI systems using Rockwell/AB platforms and Siemens experience. You will develop control logic, alarms, and interlocks per engineering specs, and commission systems with FAT at our Kufstein, Austria facility.

The role requires extensive travel, strong customer-facing skills, and deep expertise in industrial controls and IT/OT security practices to support GMP-compliant environments.

Qualifications

• Technical education in automation engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial automation and controls engineering in the field.
• Strong expertise in Rockwell/AB PLC/HMI systems; Siemens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and program PLC and HMI systems using Rockwell/AB and Siemens platforms.
• Develop control logic, operator interfaces, alarms, and interlock concepts per specs.
• Commission automation systems and FAT at headquarters in Kufstein, Austria.
