Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer in Huntington Beach, CA. The role requires over a decade in automation and robotics, leading projects and delivering automated manufacturing equipment and control systems.

The engineer will troubleshoot, validate protocols, and drive safety and standards compliance across teams. Key responsibilities include PLC and robotics programming, troubleshooting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize production performance while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in an injection molding environment.
Ability to program and troubleshoot PLC controllers and HMI units.

Responsibilities

Develops, codes, and commissions automated systems, including PLC programming, robotics and motion control systems.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
Manages automation projects, including scope, timelines and deployment.
