Job summary

Baker Group in Clarksville, Arkansas is seeking a Senior Industrial Automation Project Manager to lead and grow automation projects from design through owner training, while strengthening client relationships.

You will coach and mentor staff, coordinate with engineering, operations, and suppliers, and ensure project delivery meets financial and performance targets, expanding Baker Group capabilities across BUs.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of PLC/HMI/SCADA experience across manufacturing domains.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in estimating and managing automation projects and building client relationships.
Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

Understand automation systems and provide engineering solutions with cross-functional support.
Design and develop distributed control systems including PLC/HMI/SCADA programs and BOM selection.
Lead project startup, programming, and commissioning of control systems.
Manage client relationships, project financials, and on-schedule execution.
Collaborate with design, operations, purchasers, and internal staff to deliver solutions.
