Responsibilities

• Understand industrial automation, manufacturing, processing, and HVAC systems.
• Provide solutions through engineering and field personnel.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and pursue long-term opportunities.
• Cross sell Baker Group capabilities to other business units.
• Develop solutions using internal estimating software and standard products.
• Review solutions with team before presenting to customer.
• Serve as account manager or single point of contact during projects.
• Attend scheduling and project meetings; coordinate field labor.
• Manage project scope, timelines, safety, and communication.
• Procure subcontracts as needed and manage documentation.
• Ensure financial success and accurate daily time reporting.
• Support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
