• Lead and coordinate a team of controls and automation engineers.
• Oversee multiple projects with budgets and schedules.
• Plan and deliver projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Work with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial controls.
• Identify opportunities for automation improvements and increased efficiency.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and coordinate resources.
• Ensure safety and site procedures are followed.
• Provide updates and maintain project documentation.
• Contribute to long-term automation strategies.
