Accentuate Staffing is seeking a senior controls professional to own electrical designs, program PLC/HMI platforms, and lead customer-facing installations. The role emphasizes safety, schematics, and multi-project execution in complex industrial environments.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Allen-Bradley and other platforms, mentoring, and strong troubleshooting skills, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/controls engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial automation or controls with ownership of projects.
• Strong PLC/HMI software experience and robotics knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Develop control-system concepts and schematics meeting codes and requirements.
• Program, test, and commission PLC, HMI, servo, VFD, robotic solutions.
• Coordinate build activities, review BOMs, document performance, support startup.
• Lead automation projects across teams and stakeholders.
• Diagnose complex controls issues and implement durable solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers with technical guidance and training.
