Job summary

HellermannTyton North America is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Automation Technician I to maintain and troubleshoot injection molding presses, robots, EOATs, and automation cells. You will support process engineering, QA, and production to sustain quality and uptime.

Under supervision, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, install equipment, and log interventions while adhering to EHS policies and corporate procedures.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or associate degree in Automation, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with injection molding maintenance and automation troubleshooting preferred.
• Preferred certifications: Robotics programming, Vision system training.
• Familiarity with CMMS, PLC interfaces, robotics, HMI, vision systems, and MS 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding presses, robots, EOATs, and automation cells.
• Diagnose faults, replace components, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Set up and calibrate vision systems and cameras.
• Log interventions, update work orders, and communicate across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
