Job summary

URBN Inc USA is seeking a senior Maintenance Technician III responsible for advanced troubleshooting and reliability improvements of automated equipment. You will own select systems, diagnose mechanical, electrical and controls issues, and mentor technicians on complex diagnostics.

You will develop preventive maintenance strategies, read complex schematics, coordinate with OEMs, document performance in CMMS, and support upgrades and capital projects while maintaining safe operation and team

Qualifications

• Advanced electrical troubleshooting of controls and drives.
• Read electrical schematics and system documentation.
• Lead RCA and reliability improvements.
• Mentor technicians I & II.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex automated equipment across conveyors, sortation, ASRS and packaging.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and system docs.
• Document maintenance activities and system performance in CMMS.
• Support equipment upgrades, trials and capital projects.
