Job summary

Htprof in Brown Deer, WI is seeking an experienced Lead Automation Maintenance Technician to own complex automation lines. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, robotics, and high-speed equipment in a high-autonomy environment.

You will choose from three traditional shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) with a starting rate up to $38/hour, plus shift differentials and profit-sharing bonuses. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in a stable, established facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance of high-speed production equipment.
• Experience diagnosing PLC faults on Allen-Bradley or Siemens platforms.
• read electrical/mechanical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines and keep machinery running at peak efficiency.
• Trace PLC inputs/outputs and isolate software/hardware issues on AB or Siemens PLCs.
• Read schematics and drawings to perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatics and valves.
• Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V.
