Up to $38.00/hour with shift differentials, bonuses, and full benefits. 3+ years of experience, familiarity with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs, robotics, and 480V electrical systems are required. Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of Greater Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Familiar with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC fault-tracing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Solid, stable work history with good attendance and safety focus.
• Residence within a 45-minute daily drive of Greater Milwaukee, WI.
• Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident (Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines with real-time mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnostics.
• Interface with PLCs to trace faults, isolate errors, and clear line stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatics and valves.
• Service drives and power distribution, VFDs, sensors, and low-voltage circuits.
• Perform light fabrication and welding to adapt equipment as needed.
