Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance
• Experience with PLC fault tracing and robotics
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams without assistance

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines with real-time mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnostics.
• Interface with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs to trace faults and clear stoppages.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings for preventive maintenance.
• Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatic valves, cylinders, and regulators.
• Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V; work with VFDs and sensors.
• Perform light fabrication and welding to adapt or repair equipment components.
