Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an Automation Maintenance Technician for PLCs and robotics in Brown Deer, WI. You will diagnose and repair automated production lines, work with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs, and maintain robotics and drive systems to ensure peak performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on maintenance in high-speed production environments.
• Experience with PLC fault-tracing on Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs.
• Robotics experience and ability to diagnose automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automated production lines to maximize uptime.
• Trace PLC inputs/outputs, diagnose software/hardware faults, and clear stoppages.
• Maintain and service VFDs, AC/DC power, pneumatics, and related drive systems.
• Assist with light fabrication and modifications to equipment as needed.
