Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale industrialization footprint changes at Morgan across North America with Sr Executives.
• Identify automation opportunities, justify concepts, develop scopes of work, and present business cases.
• Oversee design validation and ensure JBPCO standards throughout automation projects.
• Drive cross-functional engagement to advance CapEx proposals and project milestones.
• Lead training to enable self-sufficient operation and maintenance of automation systems.
• Collaborate with vendors/integrators for FAT/SAT and standardized work instructions.
