You will design, implement, and optimize automation solutions across warehousing operations, including robotics, conveyors, sorters, scanners, vision systems and PLCs. The role requires deep expertise in automation engineering, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with operations leadership to ensure successful project delivery and sustained

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with robotics/automation and high-volume operations.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, source and implement automation solutions, including robotics, conveyors, sorters, scanners, vision systems and PLCs.
• Conduct root cause analyses of labor and process inefficiencies using operational data and time studies.
• Develop design and equipment specifications for automation implementations; define facility design requirements.
• Build layouts and power requirements; specify material handling and storage equipment.
• Identify maintenance needs and validate IT solutions with operations leadership.
