Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering experience in a project development or manufacturing role.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and external integrators.
• Experience in defense or aerospace environments (AS9100, ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year automation vision aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end design of robotic cells and custom machines.
• Drive OEE, cycle-time, and yield improvements through data analytics.

Skills

Expert in at least one major robot platform (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa)

Strong grasp of OT networking (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, OPC UA)

Excellent communication skills

Education

B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Controls Engineering

Tools

PLC platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)

Robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA)
