Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical/electronic systems on automated equipment.
Perform advanced PLC troubleshooting and monitor ladder logic programs.
Maintain PLC platforms and HMI systems; manage network communications.
Repair motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and control panels.
Read electrical schematics and update documentation; support upgrades.
Calibrate sensors and assist with continuous improvement projects.
Follow OSHA safety standards and GMP guidelines; maintain CMMS records.
Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance staff.
