Carlisle in Medina, OH seeks a skilled controls technician for maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment with emphasis on PLCs (Allen-Bradley), servo drives, robotics, and vision systems.

The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to work independently or in cross-functional teams, including limited travel for training.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of machine controls, automation, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and building systems.
• Strong communication, analytical abilities, and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience troubleshooting relay logic, PLCs and HMIs (Allen-Bradley).
• Ability to troubleshoot and modify equipment including servo drives, motors, robotics, electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and facility systems with emphasis on controls (relay logic, PLCs and HMIs).
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair/replace and test automation systems, components and networks.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to resolve process issues and implement improvements.
• Consult with suppliers to specify products and arrange purchases for equipment and parts.
• Travel occasionally for training (<5%).
