Job summary

Carlisle Brake & Friction is looking for a skilled maintenance/automation technician to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of controls, servo systems, robotics, vision systems, and electrical distribution in our Medina, OH facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical problem-solving abilities, experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms, and the ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams on diverse equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing automated equipment with PLCs, HMIs, and motor controls.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation networks, safety devices, and vision systems.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams on complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and facility systems with emphasis on controls and power distribution.
• Troubleshoot and modify automation and robotics systems, including servo drives and motors.
