Qualifications
- BS or MS in Engineering Process and/or Machine Control.
- Experience with sensors, motors, PLCs and industrial automation.
- 5+ years collaborating across teams/organizations.
- Travel up to 10% (domestic and international).
- Office-based in Greensboro Browns Summit Plant, NC, 5 days a week in person.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement control strategies for manufacturing processes.
- Design and program automation solutions using PLCs/SCADA and related tech.
- Integrate intelligent systems to enhance process control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Analyze performance and troubleshoot control systems for improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training.
