Job summary
TAI is seeking a Senior Automation & Controls Engineer/SME to lead control system design and reviews for complex pharmaceutical and life sciences projects from concept through commissioning. You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide technical strategy, and ensure automation solutions meet project objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 8+ years of control system design experience.
- 3+ years of Pharma/Biotech/Life Science project experience.
- Experience with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Modbus, Profibus.
- GMP/ISPE/GAMP5 familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and review control system designs across projects.
- Prepare and review project technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Design Contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure GMP and SHE compliance in designs.
- Contribute to project planning and risk assessments.
