Job summary

TAI is seeking a Project Technical Manager to drive complex capital projects in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will work with project leadership and SMEs to provide strategic technical direction from early design through commissioning and operational readiness, ensuring innovative, compliant, and high-performing engineering solutions.

The role bridges engineering, operations, automation, facilities, utilities, and quality functions, reporting to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Pharma/Biotech/Life Science.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical direction from early design through commissioning and operational readiness.
• Lead design governance, option analysis, and value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate with SMEs, Design Manager, and project leadership across CD/BD/DD stages.
• Collaborate with QA, QMS, and Process Safety teams to ensure GMP alignment.
