Job summary

TAI seeks a Senior Process (Utilities) Engineer/SME to lead design and coordination of essential process utility systems supporting pharmaceutical and biotech operations in the United States. You will develop technical specifications, oversee design packages, and collaborate across disciplines to move projects from concept to implementation.

You will influence project success through deep technical expertise, engage in client-facing activities, and work with a team delivering complex solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer licensure is preferred.
• 8+ years of process design engineering experience with pharma/biotech clients.
• Experience reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, equipment and piping specs.
• 3+ years supporting Pharma/Biotech/Life Science projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Technical Requirements Specification for all systems.
• Research industry standards and develop engineering studies.
• Develop engineering specs and project cost estimates.
• Review design work and alert managers to scope changes.
• Direct CAD designers for construction drawings.
