Job summary

TAI is seeking a Division Manager to lead the Process Engineering - Life Sciences Division and guide a team of engineers and designers. You will oversee complex projects, drive strategic growth, and apply hands-on SME level knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing and facility design.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance (FDA/EU/cGMP), staff development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-evolving industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences/pharmaceutical process engineering and cGMP.
• Design experience in life sciences projects and construction documents.
• Experience with process validation and risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee divisional operations, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Provide leadership and deep process life sciences and GMP process engineering knowledge.
• Drive project resource management and ensure qualified staffing.
• Manage quality, budget, and schedule performance of the division.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
