Haemonetics Interventional Technologies is hiring a Senior Controls Engineer in Clinton, PA. You will directly impact product quality, efficiency, and new product launches in a highly automated, regulated manufacturing environment.

You will apply advanced problem‑solving to complex automation challenges across inspection and vision systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a controls‑related position, and familiarity with Six Sigma/Lean methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a technical field.
• Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in a controls-related position.
• Six Sigma/Lean methods preferred.
• High-volume manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead medium to large-scale manufacturing projects with scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure processes and designs deliver high-quality output at optimal cost.
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, OEE, and assembly methods.
• Develop and implement automation changes; support new equipment introductions.
• Lead root cause analysis for manufacturing issues on the floor.
• Serve as escalation point for troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
• Maintain hands-on presence on the manufacturing floor with operators and maintenance.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects and Cost Improvement initiatives.
