Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Senior Automation Applications Engineer to lead the development and implementation of custom automated manufacturing equipment across Haemonetics' global manufacturing network.

You will develop automation requirements, provide technical oversight through design and implementation, and lead design reviews to ensure solutions meet business, quality, and operational objectives, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial automation engineering preferred.
• Experience developing automated manufacturing systems from concept to production deployment.
• Experience writing equipment specifications, user requirements, and technical design requirements.
• Experience managing third-party automation integrators, OEMs, or machine builders.
• Experience leading or supporting FAT/SAT and equipment startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects across Haemonetics' manufacturing network.
• Develop automation requirements and equipment specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide oversight through design, fabrication, testing, installation, and startup.
